Outreach at the Brookline Community Church
Outreach is an integral part of our church’s identity and we understand that while our obligations begin at home, they extend to the whole world.
The Board of Outreach directly assists local families in need and is active in many local programs including the Brookline food pantry, SHARE Food Pantry and Clothing Barn, and the Nashua Soup Kitchen & Shelter.
Outreach is also active with Bridges of Milford & Nashua, NH. Bridges is a nonprofit agency dedicated to helping victims & survivors of domestic & sexual violence. Advocates provide emotional support and information through their 24 hour support line at 603-883-3044, support victims at a hospital, police station or court, and provide emergency shelter in a safe environment at Janice's House. They can be reached at 603-672-9833 or through their website at www.bridgesnh.org

Outreach would like to thank the Congregation, THM Customers, Senior Luncheon attendees and the communities of Brookline & Hollis for the overwhelming donations we received from our October Food Drive. We were able to distribute 2,320 food items and $600 in Gift Cards to the Brookline Food Pantry and the Share Food Pantry in Milford. Many families are having to make difficult decisions with the rising costs of food, rent and basic utilities and everything we can do makes a difference in peoples lives. Please pray for these families as we head into the Holiday's and the upcoming cold winter months.
